The Group Medicare MSA
Through your employer, you may qualify for a Group Medicare MSA: a Medicare health plan that puts money in a savings account for your healthcare.
- $0 monthly plan premium
- Money deposited each year to help pay for care
- Unused money rolls over to next year
- No network: see Medicare doctors who accept the plan

Group MSA 200 (2027)
- Monthly premium
- $0
- Yearly deposit to you
- $2,400
- Yearly deductible

Group MSA 300 (2027)

Common questions
Does this cost me anything?
Talking with an advisor is free. The Group MSA plans have a $0 monthly plan premium, but you still pay your Medicare Part B premium and may have costs before the deductible is met.
Do I have to choose the Group MSA?
No. Your advisor will help you find the Medicare option that best fits your needs, and the MSA is not right for everyone.
Can I keep my doctors?
The MSA has no network. You can see Medicare providers who agree to accept and bill the plan.
What about prescriptions?
The MSA does not include drug coverage. Your advisor can help you choose a separate Part D plan.
